Everyone loves going to the beach in Lincoln City and looking for the beautiful glass floats to take home to show off. You’re in luck! Starting October 17th Finders keepers on the beach is starting up again. Make your way to the Oregon coast beaches to start your scavenger hunt before everyone else does. You will want to be here first because they will be putting out 50 extra glass floats, 50 glass art pieces, and a jumbo float with a weekend getaway package!
Also on October 17th there will be photo hiking at Devils Lake and Driver beach from 9 am- 11am. Hike with professional photographers Bob Gibson and Jeri Knudsen and learn some basic techniques.
Coming up here quickly is our annual fall kite festival held on the beach, in the center of Lincoln City. Starting October 10-11th from 10am-4pm. Come join us and see all the beautiful and amazing kites others have built or bought. Speaking of kites two days before the kite festival on Oct 8th there is a kite building class at the Oregon Coast community College to design and create your own unique Tyvek kite.
Down at the south end of town at the Snug harbor bar & grill there is quite a few live bands going on this month.

Last but not least we have the Chinook Winds Casino. This month we have our Comedy on the Coast, come and enjoy a few drinks and some laughter with your friends. We will add in a bonus for you to, don’t have to worry about driving because the shuttle to the casino will come right to inn at Wecoma and pick you up!!
