With over 60 major brand name outlets, Tanger Outlet Mall in Lincoln City makes my 'top things to do' list. Stores like Coach, Eddie Bauer, BCBG, Gap, and Old Navy stay busy all year long and have new sales every week.
Most of the stores are pet friendly, and there is plenty of grassy areas in front of every store to let your furry friend run and sniff around. Another helpful hint?
